Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Matea founder of Empower Through Harmony. My wellness journey began after years of dealing with type 2 diabetes, weight challenges, and anxiety. I spent years on medication before realizing that true healing required a different approach! one that focused on alignment, nutrition, mindset, and self-awareness.

By shifting my lifestyle and staying consistent, I was able to heal naturally, regain my confidence, and live medication-free. Today, my mission is to help others experience that same freedom. Through Empower Through Harmony, I teach others how to restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and take back control of their health.
